One part of grief work that is difficult and painful to navigate after the death of a loved one is our anger.

Anger can show up in so many ways throughout our grieving process. Angry that we couldn’t fix it, angry that the person is missing out on all that’s happening here on earth, and for Antonella, anger that she didn’t know how sick her brother actually was before he died.

In this episode, we’re talking about the anger that comes with grief, and how Antonella has navigated it in the years since her brother’s passing.

Antonella Ditomaso is  a mom to two amazing teenage boys. When she’s not being a mother, she has the pleasure of working in two industries that she is most passionate about, banking and fitness. She is a full-time Business Account Manager, helping small businesses build their dreams of running a business. She is also a part-time Personal & Fitness trainer, helping people achieve their fitness goals and also encouraging movement everyday. She truly believes movement is medicine for your body, mind and soul.

Listen in as we talk about:

  • Antonella’s brother’s unexpected diagnosis of lung cancer
  • The impact being kept in the dark about his condition had on her after he passed
  • What grief work looked like, and continues to look like, for Antonella
  • What triggered Antonella to know she needed external help
  • How to ask for signs from your loved ones who have crossed over
