This week on the podcast, we’re talking about the abuse Kaitlyn Cannon experienced after having inappropriate pornographic photos of her distributed by her ex-boyfriend.

 

We talk about how Kaitlyn navigated this season of her life, and how she has healed the pain, shame and trauma she experienced and what she’s doing to help others.

 

Kaitlyn is a Master's of Social work student at The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, as well as a mental health and image abuse advocate. She volunteers with March Against Revenge Porn as the Vice President and Social Media Manager. After graduating, Kaitlyn plans to become a therapist and focus on helping others heal from this type of abuse through her work.
