How does our perspective of ourselves impact how we show up in the world?
If we’re being honest, it’s easy to go down a spiral of negative self-talk and find the reasons why we aren’t good or deserving enough.

This month’s series interviewing non-binary people has brought so much understanding to light, for both myself and our listeners. I close out this incredible series with K Alexander, a Canadian non-binary actor, youtuber and musician.
