In this week’s episode, I sit down with Josephine Knechtli, who is recovering from self-harm and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).
Josephine is an aspiring womb based healer. By facing her shadows and learning how to release years of built up self loathing and shame - healing is happening.
Josephine shares her experience with mental illness and how she was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder. After struggling with self-harm and an eating disorder, Josephine was finally diagnosed with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder, which put her on the road to her recovery. Josephine also shares how social media was a catalyst into the self-harm world.
She shares her courageous story that’s filled with transformation and learning along the way. Now, she uses her social media platforms to advocate and educate other people who may be in the same situation as she was in.
